CNT 173 - Wireless Local Area Networks Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: This course is designed to provide students a fundamental understanding of wireless data communication technologies, RF behavior, security aspects and network components as they apply to Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) administration. Students will perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of WLAN hardware peripherals and protocols used in small business and enterprise deployments.
Prerequisites: CIS 171 or CNT 210 Corequisites: None. Recommended: None.
