BMET 130 - Introduction to Biomedical Imaging Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: This is an introductory course for BMET students or professionals working in the field who want to learn about biomedical imaging. The students will explore the topics of biomedical imaging, including safety, standards, terminology and radiology modalities. They also will be introduced to a variety of clinical imaging applications in use today.
