BIOL 115 - Nutrition Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: This course provides a study of the nature and role of nutrition with emphasis on the changing needs in the human life cycle. The relationship between nutrition and health will be explored. Topics such as vegetarianism, food fads and fallacies, obesity, weight control and food additives are studied.
