MUSIC 165 - Music History 2 - 19th and 20th Centuries Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: This course provides a detailed survey of history and literature of music of the Romantic and 20th century eras. The functions and characteristics of music in the 19th and 20th centuries will be explored. Composers, musical compositions and musical performances of this era will be examined.
