CNT 244 - Cybersecurity Operations Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 2 Lab Contact Hours: 2 Description: This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully handle the tasks, duties and responsibilities of an entry-level security analyst working in a Security Operations Center (SOC). Topics covered include operating systems and network infrastructure, network and endpoint attacks, cryptography, monitoring and analysis and incident response.
Prerequisites: CNT 115 . CNT 220 . Corequisites: None. Recommended: CIS 178 . CIS 255 . CIS 172 .
