CGT 250 - Practical Application Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: Students will work in teams to develop and execute graphic design media for professional organizations, internal promotions and information media. They will function within work groups based on production skills. The groups are defined by track structures: Print Graphics, Web Design, Motion Graphics and Interactive Media. Emphasis is on applying skills to real world projects and on developing a professional portfolio. Students are instructed in team building, project management, research and interviewing techniques.
Prerequisites: CGT 234 or may be taken concurrently, or CGT 252 or may be taken concurrently. Corequisites: CGT 231 if not taken previously. Recommended: None.
