Financial Management involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the financial activities of an enterprise. Financial managers are responsible for the financial health of an organization. They produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organization. The Financial Management course is one of the course offerings in the Business and Information Technology area of study and explores the role of financial management in business ownership.
