PE 112 - Introduction to Exercise Physiology Credits: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Description: This course will introduce the student through lecture and practical demonstration to the fundamentals of exercise physiology. The topics will include cardiorespiratory, neuromuscular and endocrine anatomy; systems physiology; basic nutrition; metabolic pathways; and energy expenditure.
